We have further expanded our portfolio with some amazing new hotels, and have been able to increase their financial results in a significant way.

We have grown our international portfolio from 14 to 19 properties (including 2 new 5* properties, a resort in Montenegro and a boutique hotel in Belgrade) and the net Room revenue that we are managing by 35% (from 31 to 42 million EUR). What an amazing year!
Revenue management is a strategic discipline that transcends traditional pricing strategies. It is a multifaceted approach aimed at balancing revenue generation, occupancy optimization and operational efficiency, all supported by a deep understanding of market dynamics and data-driven decisions.
The good news is that thanks to increasingly accessible costs of technology and the various solutions of consulting, training and operational support services (also called outsourcing), today even small structures and in non-first-tier locations can afford to apply revenue management techniques.
We have been doing it successfully for over 5 years, delivering at least 15 up to 40% incremental room revenue to hotels.

Yes, we are pretty excited about what we have achieved in the first 5 years with our international portfolio of hotels (in Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Italy and United Kingdom).
And our growth trend doesn’t look is going to change in the future. We are looking at onboarding new properties, supporting investors even more in generating a ROI on their hospitality assets.
